Growth Audits and proposals

Create a scored audit of a prospect's website, share it as a pitch, and send proposals they can accept.

A Growth Audit is a sales pitch built from a live audit of a prospect's website. It's designed to earn a meeting: it shows, honestly, where the prospect is losing out and what your agency would do about it. Find audits under Proposals → Audits.

Create an audit

Enter the prospect

Enter the Prospect website, and optionally the prospect's name and the Competitors to compare against. Leave competitors blank and Verbolica finds them.

Generate

Click Generate audit. Verbolica checks the site's foundations, technical health and speed, search visibility, competitors and how AI assistants see the brand, then scores it and writes it up. It takes a few minutes.

Review and publish

The audit starts as a draft that only your workspace can see. Read it, then click Publish to make the link live and send it to the prospect.

What the prospect sees

  • an overall growth score out of 100, with the three biggest numbers behind it
  • sections for Search & Visibility, Foundation & Technical and Conversion & Commercial, worst first, each with findings and quick wins
  • how they compare with competitors, and where they rank on shared keywords
  • How AI engines see you: what ChatGPT and Gemini know about the brand
  • a full-length view of their site on a phone
  • one of your case studies and your call to action

The page carries your agency's branding and is hidden from search engines.

Honest by design

The audit only reports what the checks found. It credits real strengths and never invents a problem, so you can send it with confidence.

Track interest

The audits list shows how many times each published audit has been viewed, so you know when to follow up. Unpublish hides the page again.

Growth Plans and proposals

Proposals also holds Growth Plans: a plan for a prospect's growth that you can send as a proposal. A proposal can include an accept button, so the prospect accepts it on the page. You're emailed as soon as they do, and the accepted version is kept on record.
