AI visibility
See whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity mention the brand, and fix the gaps.
More people now ask AI assistants for recommendations instead of searching. Performance → AI Visibility shows whether those assistants mention the brand.
How it works
Verbolica asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity the questions the brand's customers ask, and records:
- whether the brand is mentioned
- where it appears in the answer
- which competitors are mentioned instead
- which websites the assistant cited
Checks run twice a month.
The score
The AI visibility score runs from 0 to 100. It combines:
- presence (50%): how often the brand is mentioned
- share of voice (30%): mentions compared with competitors
- position (20%): how early in the answer the brand appears
Fixing a gap
Next to every question an assistant answered without naming the brand is a Write answer button. It creates a draft that answers that question, so the brand has content AI assistants can find and cite. Use Write all answers to create drafts for every gap at once.
Choosing the questions
Manage the list of questions in the questions section at the bottom of the AI Visibility page. Add the questions your customers really ask, in their words.
Not measured is not the same as absent
If an assistant answered from memory without searching the web, that answer is marked not measured and left out of the score, because it doesn't reflect what's on the web today.
