Campaigns and channels
How content is organised, from campaigns to standalone drafts.
Content in Verbolica is organised by channel, and within each channel by campaign.
Channels
| Channel | Sidebar | What it produces |
|---|---|---|
| Search | Content → Search | Blog posts and web pages planned around keywords and topics. |
| Decisions | Content → Decisions | A hub page and supporting pages that help buyers decide. See Decisions campaigns. |
| Social | Content → Social | Posts for each social platform, with branded images and carousels. See Social campaigns. |
| Content → Email | Email campaigns, designed in the email builder and exported for your email platform. | |
| Lead magnets | Content → Lead Magnets | Designed downloadable PDFs such as checklists, scorecards and guides. See Lead magnets. |
| Website | Content → Website | Designed website pages for WordPress and Elementor. See Website builder. |
Campaigns
A campaign is a planned set of content, usually for one month or one goal. You can:
- Let Verbolica plan it. Generate a plan and Verbolica proposes topics using keyword data, your site's performance and competitor gaps.
- Fill it by hand. Every campaign lets you add your own topics or paste in finished copy.
- Mix both. Start from a generated plan, then add, remove or rename items.
Search campaigns can also import Word documents. Each .docx file becomes a draft page with the client's exact copy, headings, lists, links and tables included.
Standalone content
Not everything belongs to a campaign. One-off pieces live in standalone cards on the Overview page, one per channel.
Tags
On a campaign page, use the Tag button on any item to add your own labels, such as "Keep", "Needs work" or "Old". A filter bar above the list narrows it to items with the tags you pick.
Sharing with clients
Campaigns start hidden from clients. When a campaign is ready for the client to see, click its eye icon to share it.
