Connect Google Search Console and Analytics
Link Search Console and Google Analytics 4 with one Google sign-in.
Verbolica uses Google data to plan content, measure what's working and build reports:
- Google Search Console gives search impressions, clicks, click-through rate and positions.
- Google Analytics 4 gives page views, engagement time and bounce rates.
One sign-in connects both.
Sign in with Google
Open Brand Settings → Connections. In the Google (Search Console + Analytics) card, click Connect Google and sign in with a Google account that can access the brand's Search Console and Analytics.
Choose the Search Console property
Under Search Console property, pick the brand's website and click Save.
Choose the GA4 property
Under GA4 property, pick the brand's Analytics property and click Save.
Which Google account to use
Use an account that has at least read access to both properties. If the property you need isn't in the list, the account you signed in with doesn't have access to it. Ask the site owner to add that account as a user in Search Console and in Google Analytics, then reconnect.
How fresh is the data?
Verbolica pulls new data from Google every day. Google itself reports Search Console data with a delay of two to three days, so the most recent days are always missing.
Disconnecting
Click the unlink icon next to the connected account to disconnect. Reports keep the data already collected, but stop updating.
