Email campaigns
Plan, write and design emails, then export them to your email platform.
Verbolica plans, writes and designs emails. It does not send them. When an email is ready, you download its HTML and load it into the email platform you already use, such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo or HubSpot.
Plan and write
Under Content → Email, create a campaign. Ask Verbolica to generate an email plan, or add emails yourself. Write each email like any other draft, and send it for approval.
Design an email
On an email draft, click Design email to open the email builder:
- Blocks on the left: heading, text, image, button, two columns, divider, spacer and social links.
- Live preview in the centre.
- Settings for the selected block on the right.
The builder starts from your copy: headings become heading blocks, paragraphs become text, and a short standalone link becomes a button. Changes save automatically. If you edit the copy later, click Re-layout to rebuild the design from it.
Export
Click Preview email to check it, then Download HTML. The file is built to display reliably across email apps, including Outlook. It contains an {{unsubscribe}} placeholder: replace it with your email platform's unsubscribe tag.
The email builder uses the brand's colours. Fonts fall back to web-safe fonts, because most email apps can't load custom fonts.
