Roles and permissions
What owners, agency staff and clients can see and do.
Every person in a workspace has one of three roles. A person can belong to more than one workspace, with a different role in each.

Limiting agency staff to certain brands
By default, agency staff can see every brand. To limit someone, assign them to specific brands in Settings → Team. Once a person has at least one assigned brand, they only see the brands they're assigned to.
What clients see
Clients see a simplified version of each brand they're invited to: their Client Room, dashboard, the campaigns and drafts the agency has shared, approvals, schedule, library and reports.
Agencies decide what to share. New campaigns start hidden from clients. Use the eye toggle on a campaign to share it.
Clients never see internal pricing
Points, credit costs and other internal pricing are never shown to client users. Reports show clients the value of the work delivered, not your rate card.
To invite people, see Team and workspaces.
