Strategy Plan
The brand's quarterly strategy, how it's written and approved, and how it turns into work.
Each brand works to a quarterly strategy: a three-month plan that says what decision the marketing is trying to win, who it's for, how success is measured, and the work month by month. Find it under Performance → Strategy Plan.

What a strategy contains
- The decision being won: the buyer and the decision you want them to make.
- Why this direction: the reasoning, from the brand's data.
- What we measure: how you'll know it's working.
- The work: campaigns and content, month by month, including one lead-generation campaign.
It's planned against the brand's credits, so it only commits to work the brand can afford.
Write a strategy
Click Write strategy. You can add an optional focus, for example "win more tender enquiries from municipalities this quarter". Writing takes a few minutes; when it's done, it's sent to the client for approval.
You can also ask the Strategist in chat: "write a strategy for next quarter".
Writing a strategy spends the brand's credits.
Approval
The client approves the strategy like any other request: from the email, the approval page, or by replying. If they ask for changes, the strategy is rewritten with their feedback and sent back.
If the brand's auto-approval is on, a strategy nobody answers goes ahead when the window ends.
From strategy to work
Once approved, the strategy's work is built as drafts, and each piece goes through the normal approval process before anything publishes.
The AI agent's strategies
If your workspace has an AI agent, she can write the next quarter's strategy before the current one ends. When a brand has both, the page shows the agent's strategy and the team's strategy side by side. Each builds only its own work, and the second is planned knowing what the first already covers.
How it was built
Owners and agency staff can open How this strategy was built on each strategy. It shows who started it, how long it took, the credits charged and planned, and the approval history. Clients don't see this.
