What is Verbolica?

A quick tour of Verbolica, the AI marketing platform for agencies and the businesses they work for.

Verbolica is an AI marketing platform built for digital marketing agencies and the businesses they work for. AI does the marketing work, from strategy to reporting, and people stay in charge of what goes live:

  1. Brand. You describe a business once: its voice, audiences, products and competitors.
  2. Strategy. Verbolica uses search data, your site's performance and what competitors are doing to plan the brand's marketing, quarter by quarter.
  3. Work. It writes and designs across channels in the brand's voice: search content, social posts, emails, lead magnets and website pages.
  4. Approval. Clients review and approve work, with comments, by email or inside Verbolica.
  5. Publishing. Approved work goes to WordPress and social channels on schedule.
  6. Reporting. Monthly reports show traffic, rankings, engagement and the value of the work delivered.

The building blocks

TermWhat it means
WorkspaceYour agency or company account. It holds your team, your brands and your billing.
BrandOne business you create content for. Every campaign, draft and report belongs to a brand.
CampaignA planned set of content for a channel, such as a month of search articles or a social series.
DraftA single piece of content in progress: a blog post, page, social post, email or lead magnet.
Approval requestA bundle of drafts (or a strategy) sent to the right people for a decision.
CreditsThe brand's AI budget. Writing, designing and researching spend credits. See Credits.

Who uses it

  • Agency owners and staff set up brands, plan campaigns, write and edit content, and run reporting.
  • Clients see only the brands they are invited to. They review drafts, approve work, leave comments and read reports.

See Roles and permissions for exactly who can do what.

The Strategist

Every brand has an AI Strategist. You talk to it in the chat on every brand screen. It can explain a brand's performance, suggest what to do next, and do the work itself, from writing a draft to scheduling a post. See Ask the Strategist.
