WordPress publishing problems

• Check the site address. Use the exact public address, including https:// and www if the site uses it.
• Check the key. Copy it again from Settings → Verbolica Connect in WordPress and paste it into Brand Settings → Connections. Watch for spaces at the start or end.
• Check the plugin is active. In WordPress, open Plugins and make sure Verbolica Connect is activated.

A firewall is blocking VerbolicaCopy Anchor Link

Cloudflare, Wordfence and similar services sometimes block Verbolica as a bot. Verbolica identifies itself with this user agent:

Verbolica/1.0 (+https://app.verbolica.com)

Add a rule that allows requests with this user agent. In Cloudflare, create a WAF custom rule (or a skip rule) for requests where the User Agent contains Verbolica/1.0, and set it to skip bot protection.

Some features need a recent version of the plugin. In WordPress, go to Dashboard → Updates (or Plugins) and update Verbolica Connect. If no update appears, download the latest zip from Brand Settings → Connections and upload it again: WordPress offers to replace the existing version.

A published Elementor page is blankCopy Anchor Link

Verbolica publishes designed pages as Elementor containers. If Flexbox Container is switched off in Elementor, the page can't render, so the plugin refuses the publish and the error names the setting. Turn it on in Elementor → Settings → Features, then publish again.

Changes don't show on the live pageCopy Anchor Link

Caching plugins and hosting caches can keep showing the old version. Clear the site's cache (and Elementor's, under Elementor → Tools → Regenerate CSS & Data) and reload.

Comments are open on new postsCopy Anchor Link

Verbolica publishes posts with comments closed. If they appear open, check whether another plugin is forcing comments on.
