This week's plan and brand health

The Strategist's weekly recommendations and the brand health score on the dashboard.

The brand dashboard shows what the Strategist thinks the brand needs, and how healthy it is.

The brand dashboard: the Strategist's briefing, the brand health score and This Week's Plan

Brand health score

A score from 0 to 100, with a score for each channel: content, search, social, engagement, foundations and AI visibility. Below it are the specific signals behind the score, such as "three articles lost rankings this month". Channels with no data yet are left out rather than counted as zero.

The score is calculated from the brand's own data and updated every morning.

This Week's Plan

Every Wednesday the Strategist releases a short list of recommendations, usually two to five, spread across channels. Each card says what to do and why. For example: refresh an article that's slipping, write a page for a keyword competitors own, or turn a popular post into a social series.

On each card you can:

  • Approve & draft: the Strategist writes the draft straight away.
  • Decline: pick a reason. The Strategist learns from what you turn down.

Urgent issues, such as an article suddenly losing traffic, can appear mid-week. Cards nobody acts on expire after 30 days.

Sharing recommendations with clients

Click the eye icon on a card to show it to the client. It appears on their dashboard under Recommended by your team, and they can approve or decline it themselves.

Letting it run on its own

By default, recommendations wait for you. To have them written and sent for approval automatically, change the brand's autonomy level. See Automation.
